Setting up or finding a pickup game takes a few steps. Here’s the whole flow.

How to find a game

Every open run near you in one feed, with the headcount before you leave the house.

    Browse the feed

    The home feed leads with games you’ve already RSVP’d to, then nearby public games ordered by distance and start time.

  2. 02

    Filter by what matters

    Narrow things down by date, skill level, or format, or hide games that are already full so you only see spots you can actually take.

    Check the map

    The map shows the same games as pins, so you can browse by location and get a feel for what fits your evening before you commit.

    Pick your competition level

    Every game lists a skill level, from beginner to all levels welcome, so you know what you’re walking into before you show up.

    RSVP or join the waitlist

    A phone number and a one-tap code locks in your spot. If the game’s full, the waitlist promotes you automatically the moment someone drops.

How to create a game

Pick a field, set a time, share the link. The app keeps the roster straight from there.

    Create a game

    Tap Create and pick a field. Choose one from our local list, search for it, or drop a pin if it's not there yet. Set a date and a start time. Everything else, like an end time, a player cap, a skill level, or notes for the group, is optional.

    Choose who can join

    Public games show up on the map and the home feed for anyone nearby. Request-to-join games are visible but need your approval before someone’s in. Private games stay off the radar entirely and only reach the people you invite directly.

    Share it

    Send the game as a link. On a phone, that opens your regular share sheet, so it lands in whatever app your group already uses. On desktop, copy the link and paste it wherever you want.

    RSVP

    Anyone with the link can open the game page and see the details without signing up for anything. Committing to a spot takes a phone number and a one-tap code, nothing else.

  5. 05

    Watch the roster fill in

    The committed list updates as people RSVP, so you can see exactly who’s in before you leave the house. Hit the cap and new RSVPs land on a waitlist, with the next person promoted automatically if a spot opens.

  6. 06

    Handle the day of

    Organizers can send the group a quick update, split the roster into teams, or note a buy-in and let the app track the pot. Everyone still settles up in person.
